CMS believes in a hands-on approach to managing the physical aspects of our clients’ properties. We deliver 24/7 availability for maintenance and
emergency issues. We take full responsibility for the maintenance and
upkeep of your investment. CMS relies on its ninety five years in the
property management business to efficiently and productively manage all of the physical aspects of your property. We utilize our experience to
efficiently address any maintenance or capital improvement that must be
performed. We are able to compare price quotes and derive budget
estimates through direct comparison to other properties in our portfolio. Through weekly site inspections we stay on top of any and all issues that need attention. Our operating model includes an assigned property
manager with compensation directly linked to the property’s performance.
