Benjamin C. Mancuso III
Benjamin C. Mancuso serves as the Managing Director of CMS Property Management, specializing in the day-to-day operations and the oversight of purchases, sales and leasing of office, warehouse and development lands for portfolio properties. Since 1990, Mancuso has participated in the sale, development and leasing of 200 properties with transactions valued at $70 million.
Mancuso began his real estate career developing and managing properties ranging from shopping centers to residential developments. He was responsible for site acquisition, construction management, lease-up and property management. Mancuso is also the principal broker / owner of Chas. Mancuso & Son, Inc., a full service brokerage/management firm serving western New York and SW Florida.
Mancuso earned his bachelor's degree from Niagara University School of Business, where he majored in Marketing. Mancuso resides with his family in the Rochester, NY area.

Joanne Kearns
Joanne began her career as a bookkeeper / customer service representative with Wm. A. Phillips & Son, Inc. Joanne joined Chas Mancuso & Son, Inc. in 2001. She currently serves as the corporate controller as well as client services director / transaction manager for Chas. Mancuso & Son, Inc and Mancuso Property Management. Joanne is an integral part of the company’s daily operations. In addition to her accounting responsibilities Joanne is the company liaison for Landlord / Tenant relations and Vendor services.

Michael Sisson
Mike attended Canisius College where he studied Business Management and Marketing. Mike began his career as a restaurant manager in 1997. He joined Chas. Mancuso & Son, Inc. in 2008 as a sales associate. Mike is a NYS Licensed Real Estate agent and specializes in small business brokerage and leasing services. Mike lives in Batavia, New York with his wife Katie and two children.
